Over Fat :(

公司今天来了Loh Guan Lai Hospital的一群护士，给员工免费身体检查。身体检查包含以下这3点：

  1. BMI (Body Mass Index)
  2. Blood Pressure
  3. Blood Sugar Level

既然是免费的，当然我也让他们检啦~

结果……

Blood Pressure和Blood Sugar Level都OK！Fat却比标准超出了7.3%。

我真的胖了~ :(
